Login instructions:

All campuses:

You will need to be logged in to access some functions/programs. To check to see if you are, go to the Start menu. If it says "Log Off student" near the bottom, then you are logged in. If not, choose the "Log Off" command, answer yes to "Are you sure you want to log off", and then log back in using the information below:

Username: student
Password: accmath

Domain: math

Report problems to: mathlabs@austincc.edu or, if you are on-campus, go here and submit a problem report (see "Trouble Ticket System").

Be sure to include the Computer numbers involved (should be posted on the computer) with as much information about the problem as you can. This will help us to correct the problem more quickly.

Lab rules and policies:

  • Do not leave your files on these machines. Any user files could be deleted at any time.
  • If you are using Mathematica, please be sure to close the program after finishing with it.
  • These computers should only be used for math-related work. They are not for checking your email, cruising the web, writing English papers, playing games, etc.
  • There is a limit of 10 pages per person per day printing. Please don't waste paper printing unnecessary pages.
  • Please be careful with these computers. Do not eat or drink around them. Do not put things on top of the keyboard, monitor, or CPU.
  • Please do not change the system setting for these machines. If something isn't working properly, please report it. Otherwise, please leave the machines as they are.

  • DPGraph
  • Mathematica 4.1
  • Minitab
  • ODE Architect (available at the NRG, RGC, and RVS classrooms)
