MML Grace Period

Instructors, please read the following instructions before using this handout.
Please do not give the student handout to all students in the class. We want to reserve use primarily for students who are waiting for financial aid checks in order to purchase their course materials. Occasional students with other plausible explanations can be given the handout as well. It is recommended that you ask students who are waiting for a financial aid check to send you an email, so that you can respond with instructions for gaining temporary access. In your reply, attach the Student handout flier.

Distance learning instructors: Please do not post the student handout on your website. Instead, request that students email you for instructions if they are waiting for a financial aid check. In your reply, attach the student handout flier.

Should you wish to check on the status of your students, contact Customer Technical Support directly at graceperiod@pearson.com and our grace period guru will respond with a status, as needed.

The access code on the student handout has been assigned 300 users. We expect this number to be sufficient, provided that instructors do not give the flier to all students. If your student receives an error indicating that the code is invalid or has already been used, please contact Melinda Horan at melinda.horan@pearson.com for the quickest response to the situation.
