Échale un vistazo: ACC enhances Spanish website with new features

ACC’s Spanish-language website now features more information and tips to help current and incoming students get involved and take advantage of the many opportunities the college offers.

New features on the site include:

Consejos para Estudiantes: Brief videos with tips to help students succeed. Ten videos currently are in rotation, and more are being added.

Involúcrate: Opportunities for students to get involved and connect on campus through organizations like the Latino/Latin American Studies Center.

Noticias de ACC: Announcements and important information impacting students. A link to ACC Newsroom Spanish announcements is at the end of the column.

Additionally, webpages for some career and technical programs now include links to video segments from Univision’s Despierta Austin program. Check one out at Dibujante para Planos de Arquitectura e Ingeniería Asistido en Computadora (Architectural & Engineering Computer Aided Design).

Eventually the site’s homepage will include rotating banner images with links to additional information, similar to those on ACC’s main homepage.

Click “Bienvenidos” on the ACC homepage to see the extensive amount of information and resources on the site. For feedback or suggestions, contact Marvi Reyes, mreyes@austincc.edu.
