'Far Away' debuted October 19
The Austin Community College District's award-winning drama department opened its 2007-08 season with Caryl Churchill's "Far Away" on Friday, October 19, at Rio Grande Campus Gallery Theatre.
Directed by Guest Director Laura Somers, "Far Away" is a gripping play about the world we treasure and the horror we have made of it. Performances continue Oct. 26, 27, and 28. Show times are at 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, and 2 p.m. Sundays.
Tickets cost $6 for the public, $3 for students and seniors and are available at the door. The box office opens a half-hour before the event.
