Cisco Unified Upgrade: Network Services will be conducting a complete upgrade of the Cisco Unified Call Center and Cisco Unified Intelligence Center as well as adding High Availability to the system on Thursday, March 8th beginning at 5pm. Technical support call center will be closing at 5pm Thursday March 8th for upgrades. We will open normal business hours Friday the 9th.
Colleague Alert: Firefox and Chrome will no longer support Silverlight. Please use Internet Explore for Colleague UI/Ellucian.
Microsoft released Windows 10 on July 29, 2015. Austin Community College employees should NOT upgrade college-owned computers to Windows 10 until further notice. Testing of the new operating system for compatibility will be ongoing and more information will be provided as it becomes available. Information Technology will not support Windows 10 at this time.
