The Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership and Management focuses on the "learning" and "experience" required to be a committed, competent and effective leader and manager within the Texas Nonprofit Sector. It is a comprehensive course of study entailing 19 full day sessions, over a 10 month period - from August 2007 to May 2008 - during which passionate expert practitioners offer participants opportunities to acquire the knowledge, skills, and relationships necessary to lead and manage small and mid-size nonprofit corporations.
The Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership & Management is co-sponsored by the Center for Community-Based & Nonprofit Organizations at Austin Community College and the Texas Association of Nonprofit Organizations (TANO). If you would like to discuss participation in the program, e-mail Barry Silverberg at bsilverb@austincc.edu
