Nonprofit Leadership & Management Certificate Program
The Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership and Management* is a comprehensive course of study entailing 20 full day sessions, over a 10 month period - from August 2009 to May 2010 - during which passionate expert practitioners offer participants opportunities to acquire the knowledge, skills, and relationships necessary to lead and manage small and mid-size nonprofit corporations.

Promotes the effectiveness of, and engagement of the College within, the nonprofit sector by providing professional & volunteer development learning opportunities, offering consulting and coaching services, serving as an information and referral source for College and community consumers, developing and disseminating resources, and promoting the College within the nonprofit sector.
The Online Library is a compilation of easily accessible and free resources developed by and for the Center for Community Based & Nonprofit Organizations at Austin Community College as well as articles, e-books, checklists, tools, links, etc. collected here for the benefit of those engaged in the Nonprofit Sector. The users of this site work in all three sectors--public, nonprofit (or non-governmental), and private--and across them. They work on a wide variety of issues, from housing and health care to education and the environment, from labor and economic development to crime and public safety and "comprehensive" community change. This site includes links to other resources and information that may be of interest to faith-based and community charitable organizations.
Texas Office of Faith-based and Community Initiatives/OneStar Foundation - works closely with faith-based and community charities to promote and support volunteerism and community service.
Cooperating Collections in Texas - Funding information centers in libraries, community foundations, and other nonprofit resource centers in Texas that provide a core collection of Foundation Center publications and a variety of supplementary materials and services in areas useful to grantseekers. The core collections consist of foundation directories, other resource information and special materials prepared by these centers to assist grantseekers in identifying private and corporate funding sources.
