Aflac Supplemental Insurance Plans – The duck is back!

 After a several year hiatus, ACC will again offer Aflac supplemental insurance plans to eligible employees.  Aflac plans fill in the gaps of major medical coverage and pay directly to you above and beyond your regular medical insurance.  Eligible employees will be able to enroll during our Fall Enrollment period from October 9 through November 10, 2017.

 Coverage will become effective December 1, 2017.  Aflac offers the following coverages which provide daily, weekly and/or lump sum benefits.  Click on each plan to see details about the plan:

We encourage you to attend an information session to better understand how the AFLAC plans can help protect you and your family when a medical event occurs.  AFLAC associates will be on site to assist you with your elections.
