Optional Retirement Program (ORP) accounts cannot be accessed, distributed or transferred without a vesting letters from ACC HR Benefits. ORP vesting letters are required for upon termination of service (retirement, separation, employment transfer, etc.) with the College or for a transfer of funds to another ORP company.
Please notify the ACC HR Benefits Office by email or at (512) 223-7230 if a vesting letter is requested or required by your company or its representative. Please provide the following information with your request:
Date of Separation from ACC
Vesting letters will be mailed or faxed directly to the appropriate company with a copy sent to the participant.
