ACC Facilities Use Request Form

This form is for initial intake information to be processed by a Campus Managers' Office. You will be contacted by the relevant campus/location who will advise further instructions including the applicable fees. Please note that 48-72 hours (2-3 business days) advance notice is required.

The use of College facilities is done in accordance with Board of Trustees Policy E-2 and the College's Administrative Rule 5.02.001.

Note: Some campuses have unique room/facility types available ONLY at that campus. Examples: Board Room only available at the Highland Business Center (HBC); Gyms only at Northridge (NRG) and Riverside (RVS).
