The ACC Leadership Academy is a leadership development program for full-time faculty and staff members. Participants are chosen for their demonstrated commitment to the college, potential for professional growth, and long-term goals. Academy participants will attend monthly meetings and complete a group project related to their area of interest.
Participants who are full time staffing table employees (Faculty and Staff) and have two consecutive performance evaluations by June 1, 2018.
A completed application will consist of;

Board Introduction-September 10, 2018
Coffee Break - September 12, 2018
Opening Retreat - September 26 and 27, 2018 (Full Day -Wednesday and Thursday)
2018-2019 Cohort Introduction at General Assembly - September 28, 2018
1st Class Day - Friday, October 19, 2018
Class days will typically fall on the third Friday of each month (except for the December 7th class)
