Educational Advancement Program

The Educational Advancement Program was launched in fall 2012 to provide opportunities for ACC employees to pursue their educational and professional goals with the college’s support. Through shared governance, each employee association help steer the program’s development.

Three Educational Plans

The Educational Advancement Program provides three plans for employees, depending on their individual educational or professional goals.

For Recent Graduates

In conjunction with the Educational Advancement Program, HR Records directs the Educational Recognition Award. Any non-faculty employee who has held a staffing table position for at least 12 consecutive months could be eligible for a one-time stipend upon earning each of the following degrees: associate degree, bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, doctorate degree, or a college credit workforce technical certificate. Each degree varies in the award amount. Applicants with advanced degrees will not be funded for obtaining lower tier degrees. Follow the directions on the following link for consideration.
