Paul Talamantez

Paul Talamentez has been keeping the peace at ACC for a whopping 12 years. He handles every student scenario with grace and often goes above and beyond for both students and staff. Paul is responsive to all inquiries and often has a joke ready to cheer you on. And if things unexpectedly take a turn, he is always there to save the day.  Numerous sticky situations have been avoided due to this individual’s calm demeanor and professionalism.

He is incredibly reliable and supportive and is the glue that holds the Riverside Student Affairs team together. Paul is the first one to show up at the office, and the last one to leave – he practically has a permanent seat there. He is the encyclopedia of college knowledge and procedures. If you have a question, Paul will know the answer.

But Wait! There’s more! Paul is not just a student advocate, he is a student himself! He recently aced his Associate degree in General Studies at ACC. Currently, Paul is pursuing his Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Organization, Workforce, and Leadership Studies at Texas State University with a forecasted graduation date of December 2023. With his ambitions set on a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration.

In his spare time, Paul is busy with race training. He has run a half marathon and is gearing up to run a full marathon in December.

Paul is an unstoppable force of good at ACC, a student’s best friend, our best colleague, and a man who is chasing his dreams.

ACC thanks Paul Talamantez for his for your dedication, diligence, and hard work.
