In spring 2020, Austin Community College District administered the Noel-Levitz Student Satisfaction Inventory (SSI) for a fourth time. The survey was previously administered in spring 2017 and is being administered on a three-year cycle.

The Noel-Levitz SSI measures students’ satisfaction with a wide range of services including:
  • Student Centeredness,
  • Instructional Effectiveness,
  • Safety & Security,
  • Academic Advising Effectiveness,
  • Admissions and Financial Aid Effectiveness,
  • Registration Effectiveness, and
  • Campus Climate.
The Noel-Levitz SSI assesses how well students’ expectations are being met by the college by asking students to rate on both importance and satisfaction.
