Below are summary data regarding students, faculty, courses, enrollment, and graduates that have been certified by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.  Summaries of certified data for prior semesters may be obtained through the Coordinating Board's PREP Online system.

  • Faculty Report - Includes data on all personnel as of the official census reporting date who 1) teach a class that is reported on the Class Report (CBM004); 2) have supervisory responsibilities (e.g. department heads, coordinators for special programs, multi-section classes); 3) have any other assignment, such as counselors, which the institution considers directly related to the teaching function; 4) are administrators, such as deans, and have a teaching assignment in addition to their administrative duties; and 5) are employed full-time (100%) and teach a class or two in addition to their full load.

  • Graduation Report - Includes data on all degrees and certificates which have been awarded to students in active Coordinating Board approved programs during the fiscal year.  Also includes progress measures of students who have completed the core curriculum and/or approved fields of study.

  • Tech-Prep Student Report - Includes data on students who are enrolled in an approved Tech-Prep postsecondary program and who matriculated from a high school Tech-Prep program during the prior summer, fall, and spring terms.  Excludes students who started in the summer but who did not return in the fall.
