  Enrollment Planning

  • Budget Planning Book - annual publication containing 5-year data on headcount, combined sections, enrollment, credit hours, and contact hours by faculty, discipline, and campus.
  • Continuing Education Class Report (CBM00C) - includes data on students enrolled in Coordinating Board approved continuing education courses.  Also includes students enrolled in all specially approved continuing education courses, as listed in the institution’s inventory; courses listed in the current Continuing Education Guidelines and Common Course Manual; and courses listed in the continuing education section of the Workforce Education Course Manual.
  • Class Report (CBM004) - includes data on all students enrolled as of the official census reporting date in Coordinating Board approved courses for which semester credit hours are awarded.
  • Daily Registration Update - ACC Personnel only - generated daily during registration; displays current headcount, contact hours, and credit hours by college-wide totals as well as by campus location and Dean area.
  • End-of-semester Report (CBM006) - includes data on students enrolled as of the official census reporting date and who are enrolled on the final day of the class.  Students must be enrolled in Coordinating Board approved courses for which semester credit hours are awarded.
  • Enrollment by Gender, Age, Ethnic Group:  Fall 1996 - Fall 2000 (PDF, 144 KB)
  • Enrollment Summaries (IPEDS) - data on enrollment by gender, course load, ethnicity, and age group.
  • Fact Book - annual publication containing college-wide data and statistics that includes, but is not limited to, credit degrees and certificates awarded, student headcount, semester credit hours, contact hours, faculty, staffing table personnel, and facilities information.   • Preliminary Enrollment Reports, High Demand Reports, and Headcount Attrition Summary - published each semester following the close of registration.  Provides information on student headcount, sections, enrollments, and contact hours, as well as the number of students who could not enroll in full sections (high demand courses) by discipline.
  • Registration Summary - ACC Personnel only - summary data on headcount, contact hours, and credit hours by semester by campus location and Dean area.
  • Room Utilization Reports - published at the end of each semester, this report identifies the maximum number of students in a given room (by hour) for all non-cancelled sections, which includes every session during the semester.  All sections scheduled at one of the six primary campus locations (Cypress Creek, Eastview, Northridge, Pinnacle, Rio Grande, Riverside) are included.
  • Student Report (CBM001) - includes data on all students enrolled as of the official census reporting date in courses for which semester credit hours are awarded.  Excludes students who withdraw prior to or on the official census reporting date.
  • Students in Continuing Education Courses Report (CBM00A) - includes data on all students enrolled as of the official census reporting date in continuing education courses where the official census date occurs within the reporting period.  Excludes students who are enrolled in non-credit courses that do not result in CEUs being awarded and students who withdraw prior to or on the official census reporting date.
  • Tech-Prep Student Report (CBM00T) - includes data on students who are enrolled in an approved Tech-Prep postsecondary program and who matriculated from a high school Tech-Prep program during the prior summer, fall, and spring terms.  Excludes students who started in the summer but who did not return in the fall.
  • Analysis of Co- and Concurrent Enrollment for the 1996-97 Academic Year (PDF, 145 KB)
  • Enrollment Comparison - compares headcount, demographic, credit hour, contact hour, and Full-Time Student Equivalent (FTSE) data for all sessions of the current academic semester with those data for the same semester of the previous year.
