- Report on the Human
Resources Focus Group (PDF, 62
KB) - analysis of feedback from Human Resources Focus
Groups conducted in Spring 2002.
- Budget Planning Book - annual
publication containing 5-year data on headcount, combined
sections, enrollment, credit hours, and contact hours by faculty,
discipline, and campus.
- Effectiveness
Improvements - improvements that have been implemented
in response to the results of the assessment of college-wide
measures outcomes.
- Enrollment by Gender, Age,
Ethnic Group: Fall 1996 - Fall 2000 (PDF,

- Preliminary Enrollment Reports,
High Demand Reports, and Headcount Attrition Summary -
published each semester following the close of registration,
these reports provide information on student headcount, sections,
enrollments, contact hours, and the number of students who
could not enroll in full sections (high demand courses) by
discipline.
- Enrollment Comparison - compares headcount, demographic,
credit hour, contact hour, and Full-Time Student Equivalent
(FTSE) data for all sessions of the current academic semester

only - displays headcount, contact hours, and credit
hours for each semester by college-wide totals as well as

- Room Utilization Reports
- published at the end of each semester, this report identifies
the maximum number of students in a given room (by hour) for
all non-cancelled sections, which includes every session during
the semester. All sections scheduled at one of the six
primary campus locations (Cypress Creek, Eastview, Northridge,
Pinnacle, Rio Grande, Riverside) are included.
- SAS
Generated Reports - reports generated with SAS software
designed to assist staff in viewing current registration activity
for sections offered for the semester. (ACC Only)
- Student Profile - displays
current headcount, contact hours, credit hours, and student
demographics information by college-wide totals as well as
by campus location.
- State Reports (CBM Reports)
- data submitted to the Texas Higher Education Coordinating
