The ACC Employee Climate Survey is one of the key tools ACC uses to understand employee experiences. It helps identify strengths and opportunities for growth as a workplace. It is ACC's goal for all employees to feel respected, listened to, and equipped to do their jobs well. The survey is one of the primary data sources ACC uses to inform the 3 Cs (Collaboration, Connection, and Caring) workgroup and support Chancellor Priority #6.
