ANSWER:
It means that there has been an interruption in your network connection. If you cannot reconnect by clicking on the "reconnect" icon, call the Help Desk at 223-HELP (223-4357)

I can't get my printer to print.

ANSWER:
There are two ways to print.

Local printing: local printing occurs when you click on the printer icon in your application. Local printing problems should be addressed by the help desk at 223-HELP (223-4357)

Network printing: network printing is when you run a Datatel process that generates a report. Network printing problems should first be addressed by the help desk at 223-HELP (223-4357). If the help desk confirms that there are no network issues, they will direct the call to IT Operations.
