1. Develops and recommends a comprehensive faculty and staff evaluation system for ACC that complies with SACS requirements and ACC's Board Policies and Administrative Rules.
2. Reviews current ACC policies and procedures regarding faculty and staff evaluation and recommend revisions.
3. Researches the current literature regarding faculty and staff evaluation methods.
4. Develops and recommends appropriate and effective forms, instruments, and processes.
5. Reviews the evaluation responsibility of all staffing table employees.
6. Reviews the evaluation system timelines and methods for ensuring that the process stays on track.
7. Works with the college committees on best practices to achieve organizational mission and goals.

Recommendations: Forwarded to the Academic and Campus Affairs Council.
