The quickest way to access information to general questions is to use existing print and web resources. There is a wealth of HR information available to you, just a website away. This information is intended to summarize them and make them easier for you to access and use as a general resource guide.

The extent to which we can increase your access to general information, will assist in the goal of providing faster phone responses to faculty and staff who need individual assistance.

If you can't find the information you need on-line, call or email us. Please remember to:

• clearly speak and/or spell your name

• clearly state the information you need or the question you have

• leave your phone number and e-mail address

• indicate the best time(s) to reach you by phone

Staff attempt to return all calls or messages the day they are received; if you do not receive a response within two working days, contact the appropriate HR Supervisor or the AVP of Human Resources (gtucker@austincc.edu).
