College leaders (all supervisors, employee/student organizations' officers) are expected to promote excellence throughout the institution, to promote access to information, to communicate effectively, and to exhibit high professional standards.
They also are expected to help the institution document its effectiveness. This means we must work together to:
Develop and regularly review the Comprehensive Master Plan as part of the Planning Process.
Define the Evaluation/Assessment Process by which we measure the degree of success in meeting our goals.
Document the Change Process in which we adjust goals, policies, or procedures based upon what we learned in the evaluation process.
Streamline our Reporting Process and enhance access to this information; and
Align all these processes and help our colleagues understand and participate in them.
