Frank Curry

I've been an adjunct instructor at ACC since 1995. I have a commercial studio which I share with my wife. We shoot food, products and people. In my personal work, I work with historical processes and digital collage, sometimes combining the two. Some examples of my work can be found at:

Photography has always held a fascinating duality for me-since it is both a technical and aesthetic discipline, it can serve both art and commerce. I began teaching the fundamentals class here at ACC and now teach the Photo Illustration and Fashion Photography as well as an occasional lab class. When I'm not teaching or working, I like long walks in the rain and writing poetry about darkroom chemistry. I'm still looking for a word to rhyme with paraaminophenol.
