Seeing my first photo develop in a dark room when I was about six years old generated a kind of magic that still mesmerizes me. Although photography in some form has always been with me, I spent many years employed in a Fortune 100 company working and living around the world. Leaving the corporate world and earning 2 degrees in the ACC photography program and going on to become an Adobe certified instructor has put me in a position to be able to derive my living from photography.
The move from classical to digital photography has resulted in monumental technical change. The ever advancing technical aspects of today’s photography are both intriguing and an ongoing learning challenge for me. It is a challenge that continuously motivates me to learn more and to share it with others.
When I’m not perched on the photographic learning curve, you’ll likely find me off on a long hike, improving my culinary skills, or pondering the mythos over logos argument.
