Rama Tirumalachar

As a professional photographer for 15 years I have captured varied images on 35mm, 4x5 and medium format. I have photographed factory floors, machinery, industrial and electronic products. Photographing glamorous models for calendars is fun too. I enjoy working with architects and interior designers. Capturing the aesthetic features of exteriors and interiors of homes, offices and showrooms is greatly satisfying. Somewhere along the way I discovered digital medium - bingo! I am able to combine photography and digital media and create painterly images on canvas and watercolor paper. Here I am now - to share my knowledge that I acquired over the years with students at ACC. I am looking forward to teach what they want to learn, and enjoy the journey at the same time.
