Registered Sex Offenders Database

NOTE: Released or Paroled Sex Offenders are required by federal and Texas law to register with both their local law enforcement agency and, if they attend college, the Police or Security Department of that Institution of Higher Learning within 7 days of registering for classes.
(Texas Code of Criminal Procedure 62.03, 04, .61, and TDCJ Parole Div PD/POP - 3.6.4, 12(4)(B)(3), and federal law PL 106-386, div B, Sec1601. (Aimee's Law).

WARNING!  Austin Community College shall not be responsible for any error or omission produced by secondary dissemination of this data. Any person who uses the information to injure, harass, or commit a criminal act against any individual will be subject to criminal prosecution. The Austin Community College Police Department receives notification of registered sex offenders that currently work, volunteer or are enrolled in classes on any ACC campus or learning center. Click here to see a list of individuals currently registered with ACCPD.
