Parking Information
The issuance of Austin Community College parking permits is a function of the Campus Police Department. Please read the following documents on the rules and regulations for parking on any ACC campus.

Form to appeal a parking ticket
How to obtain a parking permit.
- Obtain and complete a Parking Permit Request form available from any Campus Police office or online at http://www3.austincc.edu/it/eforms/frontpage.php?ID=CAPO.035. This link can only be accessed from within an ACC Campus.
- Bring completed parking request form, photo ID and receipt indicating payment. Receipt is not necessary if you paid for parking permit online or over the telephone.
- If you pay for a parking permit at any Campus cashier office, obtain a receipt from the cashier to take to Campus Police.
- Faculty/staff may pay for permit through payroll deduction complete form obtained at (http://www3.austincc.edu/it/eforms/frontpage.php?ID=CAPO.041).
- Continuing Education students can obtain a Temporary Parking Permit for length of course from Continuing Education instructor.
- Visitors can obtain a Temporary Parking Permit with (hours and dates) specified from the Campus Police Office.
- Vendors, contractors or others who have official business must check in with Campus Police and can obtain a Temporary Parking Permit with (hours and dates) specified.
EMPLOYEE PAYROLL DEDUCTION:
Austin Community College Payroll Department will do a one-time payroll deduction of $10.00. For this option please follow the below instructions:
- Pickup a PAYROLL DEDUCTION FORM at Campus Police or print out the form then follow steps 2-5.
- Print your name and social security number on the form and sign the form (all parts where indicated).
- Take the form with your vehicle information-Make, Model, Year, License Plate Number and State, and your Driver's License Number to any Campus Police Office to obtain a permit. You will be asked to complete a form with your vehicle information.
Note: Generally, it will take 4-6 weeks before the amount will be deducted from your paycheck.
Other:
- Pay the $10.00 fee to the Cashier's Office and ask for a receipt.
- Take your receipt along with your vehicle information— License Plate Number and State, ID Number, and your Driver's License Number to the Campus Police for issuance of your parking permit. You will then be asked to complete a form with your vehicle information.
