Sampling rate
Exercise: suppose we have 100,000,000 TV viewers, and pick a sample of 1500 to measure viewing habits. What is the sampling rate?  ··
Parameters and statistics

Example:

2. sample bias:  avoidable, and due to poor sampling technique
