Important : You can satisfy the prerequisite in one of three ways:

1.  You answered “yes” to 1 or 2.

2.  You answered “yes” to 3 or 4  and  your score on the assessment test is 69+

3.  Your score on the assessment test is 79+

Otherwise, I am not allowed to permit you to remain in this course without further consultation.   If you don’t know your grades or scores, I have them.

Please note:  If you completed a prerequisite course more than two years ago, or received lower than a B, or the Pretest shows that your basic algebra skills need sharpening, I recommend that you refresh your math skills by first taking College Algebra or Intermediate Algebra .
