RANDALLS REMARKABLE CARD - ACC FOUNDATION

Randalls Remarkable card holders can help ACC students when grocery shopping.  Randalls lists the ACC Foundation as an approved charity, which allows the grocery store to donate a portion of its profits to the Foundation.  Just print out and complete the Remarkable Application http://www.randalls.com/corporate/GN_HOUSTON_AUSTIN.pdf and fill in the ACC Foundation’s charity number “464.”  Please return the form to a Randalls courtesy booth, or send it to the ACC Foundation, 5930 Middle Fiskville Rd., Austin, TX 78752.

On campus voter registration activities are currently being conducted through multiple ACC organizations including Student Life, SGA, Active ’08, Center for Public Policy & Political Studies, and others, until the October 6th deadline.  The next mass registration event will occur during Unity Jam (9/22 – 10/1).  Some appointments for individual class registration are also available.  For more information, and/or to schedule in class registration, please contact cjackso3@austincc.edu or call 512-223-7049.

Please mark your calendars for ACC’s next biggest Faculty & Staff event of the year.  The Holiday Party to be held on Friday, December 5, 2008 at the Doubletree Hotel, 6505 I-35 (near Pappasitos). 

Tickets will go on sale on campuses beginning November 1st.  $10 each (limited to employee and 1 guest)
