The purpose of the Instructional Program Review process is to provide a common framework to guide faculty as they

		Conduct an authentic and critically reflective assessment of the certificate and degree programs that Austin Community College offers, including student learning outcomes and the program’s contribution to the College’s mission, and
		Create a five-year Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) that facilitates continuous improvement of each program and that is incorporated into the College’s Master Planning process.
