Self study chairs are paid a $1,000 stipend when they have submitted their completed forms (Instructional Program Review Summary, and Quality Improvement Plan) to the Effectiveness and Accountability office.

Once the Effectiveness and Accountability office has received both forms, the self study chair’s name will be sent to the program's Instructional Vice President's office. This office will submit the appropriate paperwork to Payroll and a check will be cut and delivered to the self study chair by the end of the next pay run (usually one month).

No stipends will be paid until BOTH forms have been completed and received in the Effectiveness and Accountability office.
