October Deans Select self‐study chairs and IPR Committee representatives and notify the IPR Committee Chair and the Coordinator of Institutional Planning and Assessment in the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Accountability (OIEA).

April 15th Self Study Team Chairs Submit completed Instructional Program Review Summary (IPRS) and Quality Improvement Plan to OIEA as an email attachment
April 20th OIEA staff Publish reports from self‐study teams on IPR web site
April ‐ June IPR Committee Review IPRS, QIP, and complete PSF and provide feedback to programs
Jun. - Sept. Deans & Departments Review and discuss Instructional Program Review Summary & Quality Improvement Plans
June - Oct. Self Study Team Chairs Present findings to Instructional Vice Presidents
Nov. - Jan. IPR Committee Chair Enter one Initiative from the program's Quality Improvement Plan into the ACC eMasterPlan database.
January IPR Committee Chair Present Master Plan initiative to Institutional Planning Council


ANNUAL FOLLOW-UP YEARS: Implement improvement plans and evaluate progress
