What is The Academic Triangle Program?

The Fundamentals Academic Triangle Program is a group of three courses offered in one block of time in order to accommodate students who would enroll in Fundamentals of Reading (DEVR 0303), Fundamentals of Writing (DEVW 0403) and Basic Study Skills (DSSK 0013).

The Skills I Academic Triangle is the next level of three courses offered in one block of time in order to accommodate students who would enroll in Reading Skills I (DEVR 1303), Writing Skills I (DEVW 1404) and Vocabulary I (DEVR 1333).

The courses meet one after the other, for a total of three hours - between 9 and 11:50 a.m., Monday through Thursday. Although the courses are listed separately in the catalog, the instruction will be combined during the three hours.
