Records Management Services is responsible for the administration of College print-based forms. This includes revisions to existing forms as well as the creation of new forms in compliance with College administrative rules and procedures.

The College Forms Inventory website was created to provide a centralized location for all College forms and to ensure that people have access to the current version of forms.
