MISSION
To provide quality, practical, competency-based workforce education programs that are recognized as the best of their kind.
PURPOSE
Both our classroom and online course offerings will be as comprehensive and adaptable as necessary to support and respond to new workforce development needs and to help fulfill the job and career aspirations of our students.
Community Programs
Community programs will provide recreational and personal enrichment education courses thru; collaborations with the community organizations and agencies, traditional classes, and practical experience labs. Be a Liaison between outside groups to meet adult vocational interest. Serve as a resource for the community as it relates to personal and recreational trends.

HPI will be the choice for healthcare education for professionals at every stage of their career.
Mission Statement
HPI provides a variety of innovative, responsive healthcare educational opportunities to the Austin area community.
And to that end, HPI will:
• provide healthcare education through various delivery methods;
• identify and produce programs in a timely manner to meet workforce development needs related to new and emerging roles in the healthcare arena; and,
• partner with the local healthcare industry in support of the health, safety and wellness of our community.
High Technology Institute
To meet the technical needs of the local community by providing our students with skills and certification preparation in the most relevant technical programs, To provide educational opportunities through a variety of delivery methods for individuals who are seeking entry in a high tech career, expanding their current skill base in a technology, or switching to other technical specialties, and To serve as an information resource to the community for technical careers
