How are scholarship funds applied to my account?

The majority of ACC Foundation scholarships are for tuition, fees and books only.  In addition, most awards are split between fall/spring with half of the award to be applied towards the fall semester and the other half to be applied during the spring.

ACC Foundation Scholarships will be added as a resource on your financial aid package.  ACC's Online Services allows you to view your financial aid award, which will include any ACC Foundation Scholarships you have received.

When will my scholarship funds pay my tuition & fees?

Each semester funds will be disbursed the week before classes start.  If your scholarship is tuition, fees and books only, the exact amount of tuition and fees will be applied to your account.  If any scholarship funds remain after tuition and fees have been paid, you will be issued a book voucher.

How will I get any refund I am due?

All funds will be applied towards any tuition and fees owed to ACC.  If you have already paid your tuition and fees (or your financial aid has paid), you will be issued a refund for any resulting credit.  Refunds will be sent to you according to your ACC Onecard preference.
