When will ACC receive the funds from Americorps?
Americorps funds are typically received and processed by the Monday before your classes begin, and each Monday thereafter. Once classes have started, any request submitted and approved by a Wednesday will be received and processed by the following Monday.

Will Americorps send all of my money at once?
Americorps award requests of $1500 or more will be paid by Americorps in two installments (half of the funds will be sent at the beginning of the semester and half will be sent at the semester midpoint). Requests less than $1500 will be paid by Americorps in one installment at the beginning of the semester.

How are Americorps funds applied to my ACC account?
Americorps funds will be applied towards any tuition/fees owed to ACC. If you have already paid or have a credit after tuition/fees have been paid, you will be issued a refund.

How will I get any refund I am due?
Refunds will be sent to you according to your ACC Onecard preference.
Note: Students enrolled solely in Continuing Education classes will be mailed a check directly from ACC to the address on file with Admissions & Records (funds will not be sent via the ACC Onecard).
