What office should the scholarship check be sent?

All outside scholarship checks should be mailed to the following address:

Highland Business Center
Financial Aid--ATTN:  Scholarship Coordinator
5930 Middle Fiskville Rd.
Austin, TX  78752

**Mailing a check to another location may cause a delay in the processing of the scholarship funds.**

What needs to be included with the check?

Checks should be made payable to Austin Community College and must include the following:

• Name of student
• Students ACC ID or SSN
• Guidelines or Restriction of funds, if any (ACC will follow the guidelines for the scholarship funds given by the donor.  For outside scholarship checks that do not have any guidelines or restictions, please see "How are scholarship funds applied to my account?".
