What office should the scholarship check be sent?

All outside scholarship checks should be mailed to the following address:

Financial Aid--ATTN:  Scholarship Coordinator
5930 Middle Fiskville Rd.
Austin, TX  78752

**Mailing a check to another location may cause a delay in the processing of the scholarship funds.**

What needs to be included with the check?

Checks should be made payable to Austin Community College (making the check payable to both ACC and the student will cause a delay in the processing of the check).  Please include the following with the check:

• Name of student
• Student's ACC ID or SSN
• Guidelines or Restriction of funds, if any (ACC will follow the guidelines for the scholarship funds given by the donor.  For outside scholarship checks that do not have any guidelines or restrictions, please see "How are scholarship funds applied to my account?".
