Shelley O'Grady - Lab Methods and Techniques

Emphasis is on researching information on the computer, laboratory operations, management, equipment, instrumentation, quality control techniques, and safety procedures. Lecture emphasis will be on biochemistry and bioorganic topics. Laboratory practice will be in lab safety, mixing buffers, preparing solutions, and performing organic chemistry including separation techniques that are used in industry.
