2. Which of the above sections you are enrolled in. If you are enrolled in both a Macro and a Micro course, you will need to fill out two orientation forms.
3. Answers to the following questions about the syllabus.
   • How many exams, including the final, must you take in the course?
   • What is the total number of points upon which grading is based?
   • What is the internet address (URL) of ACC's Blackboard?
   • Where will the midterm/unit exams be administered, online at home or in the Testing Centers?
   • Where will the comprehensive final exam be administered, online at home or in the Testing Centers?
   • What is the name of the on-line homework site connected to the textbook?
   • What is the Course ID you will need to register for homework site above?
   • When registering for the on-line homework web site connected to the textbook, what ACC campus and zip code should you select for the course's "location?"
   • What email address should you use in order to contact me this semester?
