DEADLINES FOR
Homework Assignments and Quizzes
On MyEconLab over chapters from
Economics Today: The Micro View by Roger LeRoy Miller

Note: For grading purposes, I will award up to 20 points for each Chapter Homework Assignment and up to 40 points for each Chaptr Quiz. The points students earn on homework assignments on MyEconLab will be exactly the points recorded for homework assignments on the course's ACC Blackboard gradebook site. The same is true for the points earned on MyEconLab quizzes and the points recorded in the course's ACC Blacboard gradebook for quizzes. The Chapter Homework Assignments can be submitted after their due dates with a penalty of 1% off their grade for each additional day it is tardy. Students will need to contact the instructor if they fall behind on the Chapter Quizzes; they will have to reach an agreement with him on a schedule to catch up.

Extra Credit Tests on MyEconLab over chapters from
Miller's Economics Today: The Micro View

Students must make at least a 65% or better to earn any points on the tests.
If a student makes 65% or better on an Extra Credit Test, I will take the percentage correct the student made on such a test and multiply that percentage times 30 points.
For example, if a student made an 80% on the Extra Credit Exam for Chapter 6, I would record 24 extra credit Type 2 points for that score (0.80*30=24).
However, if a student make a 64% on the Extra Credit Exam for Chapter 6, then I would record no extra credit Type 2 points for that score.
