Biography
Thomas is currently the Vice
President of Administration and Government Affairs for a national health
services company located in Cedar Park, Texas.
He previously served twenty five
years in Texas state government as a chief administrative officer, chief
financial officer, and chief executive officer for a number of state agencies,
retiring in December of 2009. For a number of years Thomas owned and operated a
real estate investment and management company.
Thomas
served as a councilmember for the City of Cedar Park from 2005 to 2009 and
served as Mayor Pro-Tem in 2008. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the
Planning and Zoning Commission.
