Once you've reached the final semester of your degree or certificate program, it's time to apply for graduation. Degrees and certificates are awarded at the end of each semester, and graduation ceremonies are held each May.

1. Meet with an advisor in the department of your major to make sure you meet all program requirements.
2. Complete a Graduation Application (PDF) and submit it by the deadline published in the academic calendar to a campus Admissions and Records Office or ACC administrators at the following centers: Bastrop Center, Fredericksburg Center, San Marcos Center, or Round Rock Higher Education Center. Applications may also be mailed to:

3. Make sure previous college transcripts are on file in Admissions and Records no later than three weeks following the application deadline.
4. Confirm that your correct address and phone number are on file with both the Admissions and Records Office and Graduation Office. All correspondence will be mailed to the address listed on the Graduation Application.

Applications completed after the deadline will be processed the next semester.
