Ordering Your Diploma

The Diploma Order form is for graduates who wish to order a new diploma. The form may be printed and submitted to a campus Admissions and Records Office or may be mailed to:

Replacement diplomas cost $10.00 each. Graduates may order more than one diploma. Please indicate the number of diplomas you wish to order on the form and include the appropriate amount in your check or money order. Diplomas are usually delivered in three to six weeks. If you prefer to pick up your diploma(s) at the Highland Business Center at 5930 Middle Fiskville Road, please call the number indicated on the form.

All ACC graduates receive the first diploma free of charge. This form is only for those who wish additional diplomas or replace those lost or damaged.
