Transcripts

A transcript lists your courses, grades and grade point average (GPA). Grades are recorded the fourth business day after the session ends. You may request to have your transcript held until grades are posted.

Turnaround times & fees

Requests are honored as quickly as possible in the order of application. During peak periods such as registration and the end of a semester, transcript processing may take additional time.

In-person request

Official transcript will be processed while you wait.

Fee: $5.00

Phone or fax request

Official transcript will be processed and mailed within two business days
Fee: $10.00

Mail request

Official transcript will be processed and mailed within two to four business days.
Fee: $5.00

Requesting an official transcript

In Person

Go to any campus Admissions Office and complete a Transcript Release Form. Bring a photo ID, and pay the $5.00 transcript fee at the time of your request.

• Pinnacle: Room 113
• Rio Grande: Annex-Room 152
• Riverside: Building G, Room 8105
• South Austin: Room 1104

Note: Individuals other than the student can order/or pick up transcripts only with written permission from the student. The written authorization MUST be dated, name the person specifically, include student ID number, and be signed by the student. A photocopy of the student's valid picture ID must accompany the signed request.

By telephone (credit card only)

Call 512.223.7513 between 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Central Time Monday through Friday. The cost is $10.00 per transcript payable by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

By fax (credit card only)

Fax the following to 512.223.7559 :

• A completed and signed ACC Transcript Request Form. (PDF)
• VISA, MasterCard, or Discover information (type of card, card number, and expiration date)

By mail

Send a completed and signed ACC Transcript Request Form. (PDF), along with a check or money order for the transcript fee, to the following address:
