Special Conditions Appeal

You may request a review of your financial aid if you believe your financial need has changed. Submit one of two forms -- either the Special Condition Application-Dependent or Special Condition Application-Independent, depending on your student status -- to the Financial Aid Office. Special circumstances include:

• Unusual medical expenses
• A reduction in earnings
• Death of a spouse or parent
• Separation or divorce
• Disability
• Private school tuition expenses
• One-time income such as severance pay, etc.
