Get answers to your employment & transfer/graduation questions

How can I work with an F-1 visa? How do I transfer to a university? Don’t worry if you don’t know the answers. The International Student Office and International Advisor invite you to discover the answers to these and other questions about employment, transferring, and graduation at next Friday’s seminar. Please see the flyer for details.

F1 status = 12 hour requirement

As a reminder, F-1 visa holders are required to enroll in at least 12 credit hours to maintain their status. If there is a problem and you are unable to enroll fulltime, you must contact the International Student Office for approval to avoid problems with your visa.

Registration still open for 12-week and second 8-week session

Students can still enroll in classes for the 12-week session (starts Sept. 21, ends Dec. 13) and the second 8-week session (starts Oct. 19, ends Dec. 13). To view available classes, check out the course schedule online at http://www3.austincc.edu/schedule/s209f/ds209f.htm.

Please see the International Academic Advisor Andy Harris, aharris2@austincc.edu, if you need help choosing classes.
