General Tour Request
General tours of our Eastview, Northridge, Riverside, and Round Rock campuses are held on Fridays by appointment between 9am-3pm. General tours are only available to individuals or small groups of less than 10 students. These tours generally run 20-25 minutes and cover the following:
- Student Services
- Admissions
- Assessment
- Financial Aid
- Advising & Counseling
- Learning Lab
- Student Life
- Student Lounge
- Cafeteria
Health Science Tours
If you would like to tour the Eastview and Round Rock Health Science facilities specifically, it is required that you request the tour a minimum of two weeks to the actual tour date and that you indicate this on the registration form in the Comments Section. During the semester, tours are held on Fridays at 9:30am and no tours are booked during the last two weeks of the semester due to finals.
Applied Technology Tours
If you would like to tour the Automotive, Welding, Building Construction Technology or HVAC facilities at either Riverside or Round Rock, tours are held on the last Friday of each month between 9:00am and 12:00pm.
Departmental Availability
Due to the busy nature of ACC's Faculty and Department Chairs, visitation of ACC's various programs may not always be readily available for campus tours.
Tour Length
Campus tours vary in length of time and generally will not exceed 1 hour, with the exception of Health Sciences which may exceed 2 hours.
Size Limitations
In order to maintain a qualitative higher education environment we ask that you keep the number of campus tour participants at a maximum of 20, including your chaperones. This will help to ensure the college can continue to provide its routine services without blocking student pathways. For this reason, if more than 20 participants arrive for the tour, we will not be able to proceed.
Chaperones
We require that one chaperone is present for every ten students.
Children
Due to safety concerns, no children are permitted on campus tours.
Confirmation
As the requestor, you must confirm the tour with the recruiter that has contacted you. If the recruiter has not received confirmation 24 hours before the assigned tour, it will be cancelled via email.
