Finance and Administration
As Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration,
Neil Vickers is Chief Financial Officer and directs the College's business services. As a member of the President's Leadership Team Mr. Vickers advises the Board of Trustees, the President and other adminsitrative staff on matters related to financial planning, budget dvelopment and control, investments, personnel services, IT and administrative strategic planning.
As EVP, Finance and Administration, Neil Vickers is Chief Financial Officer, directly responsible for the College’s budget, financing and investment activities. In addition to these responsibilities, he oversees a number of departments within the Finance and Administration division including Finance & Budget, Human Resources, Information Technology and the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Accountability.
As of January 12, 2017, Mr. Vickers is also Interim EVP of Campus Planning & Operations.
