Finance and Administration
As Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration, Neil Vickers is Chief Financial Officer and directs the College's business services. As a member of the President's Leadership Team Mr. Vickers advises the Board of Trustees, the President and other administrative staff on matters related to financial planning, budget development and control, investments, personnel services, IT, bond construction projects and administrative strategic planning.
As EVP, Finance and Administration, Neil Vickers is Chief Financial Officer, directly responsible for the College’s budget, financing and investment activities. In addition to these responsibilities, he oversees a number of departments within the Finance and Administration division including Business Services, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Facilities & Construction as well as the offices of Business Processes & Initiatives and Institutional Records.
